Subscription Policy
Effective Date: January 14, 2026
This Subscription Policy governs all paid subscriptions to the CabaretMetrics platform (“CabaretMetrics,” “CM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This policy applies to all users who purchase or access paid features through https://cabaretmetrics.com. By subscribing to CabaretMetrics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscription Policy in full.
Company Information
CabaretMetrics is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated from Phoenix, Arizona. CabaretMetrics provides digital tools, dashboards, reporting, and analytics designed for clubs and related businesses. CabaretMetrics is a technology provider only and does not operate, manage, or control any physical business.

Payment Processing
All payments for CabaretMetrics subscriptions are processed by Brandon LaVere, LLC using Stripe.com as the secure payment processor.
CabaretMetrics does not store or process credit card details directly. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policies in addition to this Subscription Policy.
Dancer Setup Fees
Upfront fees for dancer profile creation are non-refundable. Once profile creation and setup work begins, services are considered in progress and cannot be reversed. For this reason, all payments for dancer profile setup are final once work has started.
Subscription Plan
CabaretMetrics currently offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $350 per month.
All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars. CabaretMetrics reserves the right to change pricing or subscription structures at any time, though changes will not affect an active billing period.
Dancer Profile Packages & Refund Policy
At signup, clubs may choose a paid dancer profile package as part of their Cabaret Metrics subscription. Packages 2 and 3 involve work performed upon activation and allocation of platform resources. For this reason, all Package 2 and Package 3 purchases are final and non-refundable, even if the subscription is later canceled. Access to services will continue through the end of the current billing period, but no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.
Free Trial Terms
The Monthly Plan includes a one-month free trial. During the free trial period, users receive access to the same features included in the paid subscription unless otherwise stated.
At the conclusion of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid Monthly Plan at $350 per month unless canceled prior to the end of the trial period. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if they do not wish to continue.
Billing & Automatic Renewals
All CabaretMetrics subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize Brandon LaVere, LLC to charge the payment method on file through Stripe for all applicable subscription fees, including recurring charges.
Failure to update payment information or resolve failed charges may result in suspension or termination of access.
No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final.
CabaretMetrics does not offer refunds of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to:
- No refunds for partial months
- No refunds for unused time
- No refunds for unused features
- No prorated refunds
- No refunds for accidental purchases
- No refunds due to dissatisfaction or lack of usage
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in any refund or credit for amounts already paid.
Access to paid features remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Failed Payments & Chargebacks
If a payment attempt fails, your subscription will be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed. Keep your billing information updated at all times.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Service Availability
CabaretMetrics is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Downtime or service interruptions do not entitle subscribers to refunds or credits.
Policy Updates
This Subscription Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
